Returns & Exchanges

At Hope Rings, we want you to be completely in love with your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging to ensure a full refund or seamless exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Hope Rings gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
